MVSC Premier Rec Weekend Outdoor Spring League is BACK!

MVSC's Premier Rec Spring League is open to all interested players from Kindergarten through 4th grade. Teams will be grouped into divisions based on gender, age and parity.

Spring League Overview

• 6 weekend games, played on Saturday and/or Sunday
• 4 v 4 and/or 5 v 5
• Recommended roster size: 9-10 players per team
• 40 minute games for K; 50 minute games for 1st-4th
• Season starts March 8 and ends May 10
• No standings will be kept for the season
• Cost: $175 per player

The season will consist of weekend games only. Players wishing to train during the week should register separately for the appropriate MVSC Spring Academy weekday training program. 

For Spring League, a volunteer parent coach can form a team of age appropriate players in advance of the player registration process. Players may register for that team by selecting their coach from a drop-down menu during registration. 

Individual players can also register for the league in an open pool of players, and MVSC will form teams from this pool of players. Whether signing up for a specific team or the open player pool, all players must register individually online.

Team Registration

In order to register a team, the coach must first register as a Coach by:

1. Email info@mvsc.org to have their name added to a “Coach Selection” drop down box within the player registration process; OR

2. Register their child, and as part of that process, register to be a COACH. Once registered, the coach’s name will be added to the “Coach Selection” drop down menu.

The Coach should then let their players know to select their name from the Coach Selection drop down menu during registration.  

DEADLINE to register as a Team is Monday, February 3, 2025

Individual Player Registration

All players must register online to participate in the league. Players who are part of a pre-established team should follow the prompts in the registration to find their team and register accordingly. Individual players who are registering as part of the open player pool should register for the league by following the prompts in registration, and MVSC will form teams from this open pool of players based on gender, age, and level of play. These teams will still require a volunteer parent to coach the team on game days. Parents may also request friends during registration, and MVSC will make every effort to place friends together on the same team.

DEADLINE to register as a Player is Friday, February 14, 2025 but players will be placed on available teams on a first come, first served basis as space allows. 

*Any player who is registered with a Competitive Team in a non-MVSC club must obtain written permission from their club's Director of Coaching and e-mail that permission to fullertonsoccer@yahoo.com prior to registering with our program.
