Competitive Refund Policy

Competitive registration fees and first payment of team fees are due immediately upon acceptance of an MVSC roster spot.

1. Cancellations submitted in writing to info@mvsc.org on or prior to June 15 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
2. Cancellations received after June 15, fees are nonrefundable.
3. Second team fee payment is nonrefundable if the player participates in any team training or games after September 1st.

A formal written request for an exception to the MVSC Competitive Refund Policy may be submitted to the Director of Competitive at info@mvsc.org.
