Competitive Refund Policy

Competitive Registration Fees ($550) and first payment to the Competitive Team ($1,000) are due immediately upon acceptance of an MVSC roster spot..

1. Cancellations submitted in writing to info@mvsc.org, on or prior to June 15 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
2. Cancellations received after June 15, fees are nonrefundable.
3. Second payment to the Competitive Team is nonrefundable if the player participates in any team training or games after September 1st.

A formal written request for an exception to the MVSC Competitive Refund Policy may be submitted to the Director of Competitive at info@mvsc.org.
